Paper Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. Voucher Validity

• Paper gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
• The expiry date is printed on the voucher. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed.

2. Redemption

• Vouchers are redeemable in-store only and cannot be used for online purchases.
• Vouchers can be used as full or part payment for goods or services. If the total exceeds the voucher value, the balance must be paid by another method.
• No change will be given. Any unused balance remains on the voucher and can be used during the validity period.

3. Loss or Theft

• Vouchers should be treated as cash. We cannot replace lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.

4. Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable

• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other vouchers.

5. Exclusions

• Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers.
  Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with certain promotions or discounts, unless specified.

6. Fraud and Misuse

• We reserve the right to refuse any voucher that appears to be tampered with, duplicated, or otherwise suspicious.
